佛像

这尊佛像体现了光芒四射的内在“静”与“定”，二者都是智慧圆满的结果。佛像曾举起右手（现已遗失）结施无畏印，这一典型手印能驱逐恐惧、布施无畏。他身披未经裁剪的简朴僧衣，身后罩身的光环和各种自然或超自然的殊胜之相都是圆满觉悟的象征，进一步传达出他的庄严佛性。这件作品集中表现了佛教传播时期佛造像风格的发展，因此成为全亚洲佛造像的基准。
