Evening cape

Design House Caroline Reboux French

Not on view

Caroline Reboux was one of the most renowned high-fashion milliners of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Like many other purveyors of luxury specialties, the firm's success led to expansion into other fashion items. The production of feather accessories was a sensible step for a millinery establishment already versed in the handling of plumage. This high-style, chic, and purely decorative evening wrap would have been the ideal accoutrement for making a stylish entrance.
