This decanter and its matching beaker (27.185.285) are decorated with enamelled medallions with representations of spa buildings and beauty spots in the Bohemian health resort of Mariánské Lázne, then known as Marienbad. Those on the decanter are identified as Waldquelle (now Lesní pramen or Forest source), Carolinenbrunn (Karolinin pramen or Caroline's spring), Ambrosiusbrunn (Ambrožovy prameny or Ambrosius springs) and Kreuzbrunn (Krížovy pramen or Cross spring). Those on the beaker are of Hirten-Ruhe (Hirtenruhe), Friedrich-Wilhelms-Höhe (Výšina Bedricha Viléma or Frederick William Heights), and Ferdinandsbrunn (Ferdinanduv pramen or Ferdinand's spring).
