Teacup and saucer
The delicate painting in enamel is in the style of Thomas Baxter (1782–1821), and the skillful gilding may be the work of his father, "Baxter Senior." The arms of the Bruce family impaling those of the Spicer family, in gold on both cup and saucer, are those of a married couple.
