Happy Days
Ed Rossbach used mixed media to create works that challenged the notion of basket making. Many deal with contemporary issues, often inflected with a sense of humor. For Happy Days he wove poplar to create the unusual stepped basket form to which he applied various papers with pixilated images of Mickey Mouse on either side.
