やかん、ランプ、テーブル
この技巧を凝らしたやかんと脚付き台は、ストリーサム城のジョージ・ボウズと、非常に裕福な女相続人のエレノア・ヴェルネイの1724年の結婚を記念して作られたことにほぼ間違いありません。人目を引く波打つようなテーブルの脚部が純銀製であることから、非常に高価な贈物だったと思われます。この時期の銀製調度品の大半は換金目的で溶かされてしまったため、これは現存する数少ない銀製品です。優雅なバロック様式の輪郭、正確な鋳造技術、そして精巧な彫刻が群を抜いています。銀細工師のサイモン・パンタンは、ロンドンで活躍した数多くのフランス系プロテスタント派の職人のひとりでした。
