성모자상
잘 보전된 이 그림은 박물관에 있는 리먼의 성 안사노 및 성 안드레아와 함께 시에나 지방정부가 의뢰한 다섯 패널 제단화 중 하나입니다. 제단화는 육 개월의 사무 기간 동안 임대되며 정기적으로 이동하는 시에나 지사의 저택을 위해 만들어졌습니다. 이 제단화의 특이한 디자인은 측면 패널과 동일한 크기의 중앙 패널(성모자상)로 저택에서 저택으로 이동하기 쉽도록 잘 접히게 되어있습니다. 시몬의 패널 다섯 개 모두 추후 시에나 시청의 푸블리코 궁전 예배당에 있는 보다 큰 제단화에 포함되었습니다.
