Bowl

1835–50
Not on view
Although fragments of this design have been found in excavations of the Sandwich glass site, the pattern also appears in the catalogue of Launay, Hautin & Cie, an affiliate of the Cristalleries de Saint-Louis in France. It is as yet unknown whether the design is European or American in origin or whether it was produced in Europe, in America, or possibly on both sides of the Atlantic.
