Medalist: Peter Kempson British
Not on view
Although signed P.K. (for Peter Kempson, an English medal and button maker in Birmingham), the medal was certainly cut by J.C. Hancock, die-sinker and engraver (1775–1815) who was employed by Kempson to cut a series of medals commemorating the British victories in the Napoleonic wars.
