Returned to lender
This work of art was on loan to the museum and has since been returned to its lender.
The set of jade ornaments was likewise discovered in a royal tomb, in this instance, a member of the Dou family. The curving pendant with dragon’s heads reflects a design from earlier traditions, whereas the monkey and bear are novel motifs.
