両手を握り、目を大きく開いて凝視するこの彫像は、他の11体とともに神殿で儀式的に埋められていました。これらの像は神の前に永久に祈りを捧げる参拝者の像だったと考えられています。大きな頭の貝殻と黒石灰岩の象嵌細工の突き出た目が特徴的です。角ばったあご髭の両脇に様式化された髪の房が垂れ下がり、髪と髭の両方に塗られたビチューメンの跡がうかがえます。この肖像は、初期王朝期の写実的な作品と同時期に作られた、スメリアの彫像に見られる抽象的で幾何学的な様式を表しています。
