ラスター彩有翼馬文鉢

12世紀にエジプトまたはシリアからイランへ移り住んだ陶工達は、イランにラスター彩の技法をもたらしました。このため、初期の作品には、くっきりとしたラスター地の上から白で描かれた大きな有翼馬や細かく装飾された縁など、この鉢の優れた図案にも見られるファーティマ朝エジプト陶器との共通点があります。以前は今日のテヘランに近いレイで作られたものとされていましたが、現在では、その当時ラスター彩陶器を制作していたのはそれより南方のカシャンの窯だけだったと考えられています。
