천막 안감
무굴 제국의 황제들이 국정이나 외유를 목적으로 여행할 때 호화로운 가설 야영지에서 사용했던 텐트는 아름다운 직물로 안감을 댔습니다. 텐트 실내 안감으로 장식됐던 이 천은 당시 텐트 야영지의 아름다운 분위기를느끼게 해 줍니다. 꽃과 잎사귀의 금박 모티프는 좁은 가장자리를 채우고 있으며 중앙에는 양귀비, 작은 나무 또는 양식화된 잎사귀 문양이 교대로 묘사되어 있습니다. 벨벳의 도안 부분에 접착제를 바른 후 금박 잎사귀를 배치하고 문질러서 표면에 부착한 반짝이는 금박 잎사귀로 인해 배경의 벨벳은 강렬한 느낌을 줍니다. 이 안감이 제작된 시대인 샤 자(1627–1658년)의 재위 중 “꽃양식”은 건축에서부터 직물에 이르기까지 모든분야에서 널리 사용되었습니다.
