Statue of the Overseer of Stonemasons Senbebu and Family

(1) The two inscriptions on both sides of the man indicate that the statue was dedicated to Senbebu by his son:

(a statue) which his son, the Overseer of a Side (of Workers) of the necropolis-men, Ptahwer made for him
jr n=f zA=f jm.j-r'-gs-n-Xr.tjw-nTr ptH-wr



(2) Similarly, two mirroring inscriptions are written on the women's lap:

Offering which the king gives (and) Satet, Mistress of Elephantine,
May she give invocation offerings, bread and beer, oxen and fowl, alabaster and garments

They continue to the side of each woman and below them, on one side partly erased:

On the man's right-

and - on the other side-

[n kA n nb(.t)-pr] Pr.yt jr. n Hn.wt
to the kA of the Mistress of the House Perit, born of Henut




(3) The inscription on the man's lap reads:
