كُرِّست هذه البوابة للقديس ليوناردو وليّ المساجين وكانت تُستخدم باب دخول لكنيسة القديس ليوناردو الفريجيدو في منطقة توسكانا الإيطالية. وقد أُعيد استخدام تابوت من العصر القديم لصناعة الدعائم الجانبية للباب، ونُقش الجانب الأيسر ليعرض مشهدَي البشارة والزيارة والأيمن بصورة القديس ليوناردو حاملاً سجينًا رمزيًّا. أما مشهد دخول القدس الوارد على العارضة فيتّبع أسلوب النقوش النافرة المأتمية للعصر المسيحي المبكّر، وهو ما يعكس عودة اهتمام إيطاليا في القرن الثاني عشر الميلادي بهذه الحقبة المبكّرة.
