Unworked, slightly slanting rim (?); slender neck, expanding downward; bulbous body; deep, pointed kick in bottom.
Body complete, but rim perhaps broken off and top of neck trimmed; elongated bubbles in neck, projecting round bubbles in body, and some blowing striations; most of surfaces covered in thick creamy weathering, with small patches of pitting and brilliant iridescence.
