Trade cards from the "French Novelties" series (N110), issued in a set of 25 cards in 1892 to promote Honest Long Cut Tobacco, manufactured by W. Duke Sons & Co, a branch of the American Tobacco Company. The same set was also released by Duke to promote the Fair Play tobacco line, as well as by Gail & Ax for their Navy Long Cut tobacco and by Kimball to promote Old Gold Cigarettes.
