Nineteenth plate of album with 20 pochoir pattern plates, titled "Floréal: Dessins & Coloris Nouveaux" (Floreal: New Designs and Colors), created by Emile-Allain Séguy and published in Paris by A. Calavas in 1925 or earlier. The plate contains four ornamental designs, possibly for textiles or wallpapers, with lively, semi-abstract motifs inspired from nature. The first design is made up of thin, vertical, undulating branches, colored with black, with semi-abstract flowers, colored with purple and with white squares containing orange and black rings as anthers, and round flower buds, colored with white and outlined with black, on a checked pattern made up of blue checks and pairs of green vertical and horizontal lines, enclosing blue and white checks and rectangles. The second design is made up of a black vertical stripe with an undulating branch with leaves, colored with green, on a background with zig-zagging purple and green stripes. The third design is made up of a vertical, purple branch, with offsetting scrolling branches, colored with orange and outlined with dark blue, and bundles of leaves, colored with white, dark blue, purple, and orange, on a background with horizontal green and dark blue stripes. The fourth design is made up of alternating rows with black roundels, outlined with thin, brown rings with offsetting thorns, and containing bundles of semi-abstract rosettes with purple petals, green pistils, and white leaves, separated by interlacing branches with leaves, colored with green and outlined with thin, brown lines with offsetting thorns, on a dark blue ground.
