Floyd Johnson from Boxing Drawings strip cards (W515). Seventy cards in total -- ten of which are boxers. Same "look" as baseball cards but different set numbered 1-10. Sold in strips of ten. Issued in 1923. Low-quality paper. “Crude” color cartoon drawings made from photos. Thin black rectangular line around image. White border. Dotted "cut" lines between individual cards. Bottom border includes card number, boxer’s name, weight class and "challenger" or "champion". Many cards include ©U.&U (Underwood & Underwood). Blank back.
