Ninth plate of album with 20 pochoir pattern plates, titled "Floréal: Dessins & Coloris Nouveaux" (Floreal: New Designs and Colors), created by Emile-Allain Séguy and published in Paris by A. Calavas in 1925 or earlier. The plate contains four ornamental designs, possibly for textiles or wallpapers, with lively, semi-abstract motifs inspired from nature. The first design is made up of vertical strips of clusters of semi-abstract fruits, colored with shades of purple, separated by thin, long, undulating leaves, colored with green, separated by thin, undulating stripes with short, offsetting thorns, colored with black. The second design is made up of interlacing branches, colored with two shades of purple, and large, semi-abstract flowers, colored with green, blue, and red, on a white background with patches colored with shades of purple. The third design is made up of bundles of scrolling branches with leaves, colored with shades of green and golden dots, and semi-abstract flowers, colored with blue, silver, and green and gold dots. The fourth design is made up of alternating rows of thin, dark green branches with offsetting scrolling branches with leaves and orange flowers, flanked above by large, semi-abstract rosettes, colored with shades of purple, yellow, red, blue, and white, framed by a blue circle.
