I) Ars et Modus Contemplativae Vitae

Printer Friedrich Creussner German
1473
Not on view
This rare book is one of the few from this period that mixes woodcut pages, like the one exhibited here, with text pages set with movable type, demonstrating that publishers such as Creussner produced block-printed books during the same period. The book exhorts the reader to take the Bible as model for a virtuous life.
