Design for a garden with eight parterre around the outside, including vertical designs at left and right, and arrow-shaped designs in each corner. At center, a square parterre with semi-circles at top and bottom. Each parterre is decorated with foliate scrolls with peapod elements and bands. From a series of six plates with designs for ornate garden designs with parterres. The series was included in the collected works of Marot published in 1703.
