Depiction of a ewer left undecorated except for a slim gadrooned band around the rim and on the foot. While most ewers in the series are depicted from the side, this one is turned to have its spout face the viewer. Twelfth plate from a series of twelve vases after the antique, engraved by Antonio Veneziano dated 1530-1531. The prints were later published again by Antonio Salamanca.
