Design composed of 2 vertical columns. Left column is wider and is decorated with large alternating pattern of a 4-petaled flower followed by a symmetrical (facing inward) tulip motif. Right column is narrower and is illustrated with pattern of an oval containing a white diamond that is framed on the top and bottom by a pair of curving vines.
