From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design is decorated in the center with a square containing an illustration of a king that is framed by different decorative borders; the outermost is populated with flags. At the very top of the central element there appears to be a crown ornamented with peacock feathers. At the sides of the design are vases containing flowers.
