Children's Crusade

Monogrammist LIW Dutch

Not on view

The sheets have the same watermark. They are most similar to Briquet 1854 and 1855, which are late sixteenth-century watermarks from France, specifically Troyes and Toulouse. The print is probably a later reprint of a German block on French paper.
