Large thesis print or diploma of the Seminario Maggiore (Academy of the Hermathenas) in Milan. At center is a cartouche with two compartments. The one at top is filled with the coat of arms of the Seminary, marked by the word "Humilitas". The coat of arms is crowned by a putto holding up a cardinal's hat. In the compartment below a terminal figure in the form of Minerva is depicted, in combination with the Greek motto “AMΦOIN ENEKA”. Two personifications are placed on either side of the cartouches and reach across to hold hands. On the pedestal below, the name of the seminary is given: "ACADEMIA HERMATHENAICORVM SEMINARII MEDIOLANENSIS". The same text and several of the figurative elements are repeated in a diploma dated 1694.
